Your schedule is created automatically when your Property Maintenance Plan activates. Your visits follow a rolling 14-day cadence, while each service stays aligned with EPM’s company-wide seasonal maintenance calendar. If EPM reschedules a visit, later unfinished visits move with it to preserve the cadence and seasonal services are reassigned to the nearest eligible visit inside their service window.
